LATE SPRING 2024 Sessions

Pilates:  A combination of Pilates and Yoga for a complete body workout.  We will use bands and weights for upper body strength and flexibility.  Focusing on the core we will be working smaller intrinsic muscles which assists in balance, stability, and a strong body.  Please bring a Yoga or Pilates mat, 1-3 Lbs. weights (available at Job Lot & Sporting Goods stores), and a block.  Bands will be provided..

Tuesday mornings:  9:00am until 10:00am
Late Spring Session:  May 7th thru June 18th (7 classes) 
Fees:  $80 resident / $88 non-resident 

Thursday mornings:  9:00am until 10:00am
Late Spring Session:  May 2nd thru June 13th (7 classes) 
Fees:  $80 resident / $88 non-resident 

Friday mornings:  9:00am until 10:00am
Late Spring Session:   May 3rd thru June 14th (7 classes) 
Fees:  $80 resident / $88 non-resident                            

Kripalu Yoga:  Quiet the mind, strengthen and stretch your body and breathe deeply.  Please bring a Yoga mat, block, and a pillow if desired for deep relaxation, and dress comfortably. 

Wednesday evenings:  6:00pm until 7:15pm
Winter Session:  April 10th thru June 12th (10 classes)
Fees:  $110 resident / $121 non-resident 

NOTE: $5 Building Use Admin fee included in each registration and will be retained by the town
