Spirit Moves Yoga & Pilates
Kripalu Yoga: Quiet the mind, strengthen and stretch your body and breathe deeply. Please bring a Yoga mat, block, and a pillow if desired for deep relaxation, and dress comfortably.
Wednesday evenings: 6:00pm until 7:15pm
Spring Session #1: March 2nd thru April 13th (7 classes) for a Fee of $75
Spring Session #2: April 20th thru May 25th (6 classes) for a Fee of $65
Pilates: A combination of Pilates and Yoga for a complete body workout. We will use bands and weights for upper body strength and flexibility. Focusing on the core we will be working smaller intrinsic muscles which assists in balance, stability, and a strong body. Please bring a Yoga or Pilates mat, 1-3 Lbs. weights (available at Job Lot & Sporting Goods stores), and a block. Bands will be provided..
Thursday mornings: 9:00am until 10:00am
Spring Session #1: March 3rd thru April 14th (7 classes) Fee for this is $75
Spring Session #2: April 28th thru May 26th (5 classes) Fee for this is $55
