Spirit Moves Yoga & Pilates
Late Fall 2023
Pilates: A combination of Pilates and Yoga for a complete body workout. We will use bands and weights for upper body strength and flexibility. Focusing on the core we will be working smaller intrinsic muscles which assists in balance, stability, and a strong body. Please bring a Yoga or Pilates mat, 1-3 Lbs. weights (available at Job Lot & Sporting Goods stores), and a block. Bands will be provided..

Thursday mornings: 9:00am until 10:00am
Late Fall Session: November 16th thru December 28th (6 classes)
NO CLASS THANKSGIVING
Kripalu Yoga: Quiet the mind, strengthen and stretch your body and breathe deeply. Please bring a Yoga mat, block, and a pillow if desired for deep relaxation, and dress comfortably.
Wednesday evenings: 6:00pm until 7:15pm
Late Fall Session: November 15th thru December 20th (6 classes)
Fees: $70 resident / $77 non-resident for the above programs
NOTE: $5 Building Use Admin fee included in each registration and will be retained by the town
