Fall 2025
Pilates: A combination of Pilates and Yoga for a complete body workout. We will use bands and weights for upper body strength and flexibility. Focusing on the core we will be working smaller intrinsic muscles which assists in balance, stability, and a strong body. Please bring a Yoga or Pilates mat, 1-3 Lbs. weights (available at Job Lot & Sporting Goods stores), and a block. Bands will be provided..
Tuesday mornings: 9:00am until 10:00am
Late Fall Session: November 4th thru December 23rd (8 classes)
Fees: $96 ($105non-resident)
Thursday mornings: 9:00am until 10:00am
Late Fall Session: November 6th thru December 18th (7 classes)
Fees: $84 resident ($92 non-resident) for Pilates
Kripalu Yoga: Quiet the mind, strengthen and stretch your body and breathe deeply. Please bring a Yoga mat, block, and a pillow if desired for deep relaxation, and dress comfortably.
Wednesday evenings: 6:00pm until 7:15pm
Late Fall Session: November 5th thru December 17th (7 classes)
Fees: $84 resident / $92 non-resident for Yoga
