Spirit Moves Yoga & Pilates - Wednesday PM Yoga Spring 2026Pilates: A combination of Pilates and Yoga for a complete body workout. We will use bands and weights for upper body strength and flexibility. Focusing on the core we will be working smaller intrinsic muscles which assists in balance, stability, and a strong body. Please bring a Yoga or Pilates mat, 1-3 Lbs. weights (available at Job Lot & Sporting Goods stores), and a block. Bands will be provided..Thursday mornings: 9:00am until 10:00am May 21 thru June 18 (5 classes) Fees: $60 resident ($66 non-resident) Kripalu Yoga: Quiet the mind, strengthen and stretch your body and breathe deeply. Please bring a Yoga mat, block, and a pillow if desired for deep relaxation, and dress comfortably.
