Recreation / Program Instructor Contract


The Recreation Commission created a contract (effective 10/15/24) which must be reviewed and signed by the Instructor prior to any program or activity being offered on the recreation website for registration.

Contract Key Points:

10% of the program revenue will be retained by the town for administration purposes

an additional 5% will be retained by the town if a town or school building is used by the Instructor
 
Criminal Background Checks ($8 fee charged to Instructor) must be completed for Instructors interacting with children under the age of 18 which is good for a two-year period

$70 Cleaning Fee will be charged to any Instructor who leaves the facility unclean following any activity


A copy of this contract can be picked up at the Recreation office (Old Firehouse) or Town Hall
