OUTSTANDING BALANCE DUE POLICY


Invoices with outstanding balance due will be emailed periodically to the email address on file in the recreation account.  It is the responsibility of the account holder to check any email notifications and respond in a timely manner.  Recreation accounts with an outstanding balance due for more than 60 days may be "locked" and subject to additional administrative fees.

30 plus days overdue:  $10 late payment fee per invoice
60 plus days overdue:  $20 late payment fee per invoice

Recreation accounts with outstanding balances due for more than 60 days may be "locked" and incur additional $20 administrative fee to unlock the account in addition to the above late payment fees
