Fall 2026Pilates:  A combination of Pilates and Yoga for a complete body workout.  We will use bands and weights for upper body strength and flexibility.  Focusing on the core we will be working smaller intrinsic muscles which assists in balance, stability, and a strong body.  Please bring a Yoga or Pilates mat, 1-3 Lbs. weights (available at Job Lot & Sporting Goods stores), and a block.  Bands will be provided..Tuesday mornings:  9:00am until 10:00amFall Session:  September 22 thru November 3 (7 classes) Fees:  $80 ($88 non-resident)Thursday mornings:  9:00am until 10:00amFall Session:  September 17 thru October 29 (7 classes) Fees:  $80 resident ($88 non-resident)                          Kripalu Yoga:  Quiet the mind, strengthen and stretch your body and breathe deeply.  Please bring a Yoga mat, block, and a pillow if desired for deep relaxation, and dress comfortably. Wednesday evenings:  6:00pm until 7:15pmFall Session:  September 23 thru November 4 (7 classes)Fees:  $80 resident / $88 non-resident  North Stonington Recreation Center (Old Firehouse)Instructor Anne Nelson

NoSto Dance 2026 / 2027 school yearThe North Stonington Dance program offers two classes for children from the age of three (3) thru nine (9).  Classes are designed to build self-esteem, provide a healthy workout, and have fun with friends. The dance curriculum combines ballet, tap, and jazz skills as well as basic tumbling.  A Spring dance recital (TBD) follows the final class. INTRO TO DANCE: Tuesdays 4:00pm - 4:45pm for ages 3 to 5 KINDER KIDS:  Tuesdays 4:50pm - 5:50pm for ages 6 to 9All classes will take place at the Rec Building (aka "Old Firehouse")THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CLASSES DURING THE WEEK OF XMAS SCHOOL VACATIONOR IF SCHOOL IS CANCELLED OR DISMISSED EARLY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHERATTIRE:  tights, dance leotard, black tap shoes, pink ballet shoesInstructor is Joy Fidrych
